Cabin Rentals
Cabin rentals include:

Access to the Laundromat, Outdoor Pavilion, and Fishing Pond
Fully paved access to cabins

Nightly, Single Occupancy $90.00/Night plus tax Deluxe Cabin, Nightly, Single Occupancy $100.00/Night plus tax
Pet Deposit, refundable if no damages $200.00
Permit required to wash vehicle $10.00
RV Space Rentals
RV Spaces include:
Full Hookups - 30 and 50 amps
All utilities
Cable Television
High Speed Wireless Internet
Access to the Laundromat, Pavilion, and Fishing Pond
Fully paved access and RV spaces
Nightly $35.00 Weekly $150.00 Monthly* - 30 amps $350.00 Monthly* - 50 amps $375.00 Permit required to wash RV $10.00
Permit required to wash vehicle $10.00
Pets in RVs and Cabins
Indoor house pets only, limit one per site.
Pets are not allowed outside unless accompanied by and owner and on a leash.
Owner must clean up after pets outside.
Management reserves the right to refuse pet privileges.
Vehicles
Limit 2 vehicles per site or cabin
No inoperable vehicles on site
No on-site vehicle repairs or maintenance permitted
Please Note
Please respect other occupants by observing quiet hours after 10:00pm.
Cabins are non-smoking, no exceptions. Cigarette disposal containers are located on every cabin patio.
There is a strict 10mph speed limit in the park.
For your safety, watch for oncoming traffic while entering and exiting the park.
Fishing is allowed in the pond for occupants only. No swimming or unattended children will be permitted.
Shady Oaks Cabins and RV Park is not responsible for your personal safety or that of your property.
*Monthly Rates are based on a 30 day month.
